As a baby boomer, she strives to look for techniques, products, and services that help us look as good as we feel.

She believes that beauty comes from the inside out, and that we need to UN-learn the way we have been taught about unhealthy eating habits and lifesytles, not only for a better way of looking, but for a better way of being.
